RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Kindly note all our outfits are made to order & we do not offer Refund or Exchange.
However, if there is any discrepancy in the product delivered from what was ordered, do let us know so that we will assist you in the best of our capabilities:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If any discrepancy arises, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of merchandise by writing to us at email@example.com with images & Video of the same. No returns/claims will be accepted if it is not notified to us within the stipulated time period.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will only be entertained if the item received is damaged or varies considerably in measurements from the order form. This will be solely at the discretion of Omana by Ranjana Bothra.
- Merchandise modified by the buyer, or modified by seller at the request of buyer, can not be returned.
- The buyer accepts that it is the decision of Omana by Ranjana Bothra to determine whether return/alteration is possible based on the condition of the merchandise(s). If we feel that an item has been worn many times, no return would be entertained.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be informed of the next steps being taken to alter or replace the garment.
